Mr. Denis graduated at Tumaini University College – lringa Campus and he has gone through the Law school of Tanzania. He has had practical training with Mawalla Law Advocates a law firm based in Arusha here he acquired albeit of experience on investment procedures and also experience on tourism and the laws. He is specialized in a variety of areas including conveyance, banking and corporate aspects and conveyance. He is trained in the drafting of various legal documents.
