He has a deep understanding of Indian, GCC, and East African Accounting and Auditing systems environment having worked in east Africa and GCC from the year 2002 onwards. He is a Chartered Accountant India and accredited as Fellow Member of Institute of Chartered Accountant of India, he holds a Bachelors (Hons) in Commerce from Lalit Narayan Mithila University, India which he graduated in First Class.

He has successfully completed many Projects funding from bilateral and multilateral institution, which includes many green field ECA based funding from Europe for 12 years Long Term Loan in Oman. He has also completed many green field and expansion project funding of projects in Tanzania. Has successfully got structured and funded many Working Capital Facilities Limits renewals.

He has been supervising the team of Finance Department activity such as monitoring of OD/Trade Loan//LC/SBLC/BG/Bid Security and managing the above Working Capital facilities. Liaison and responding Tax Authorities for tax audits and supervising the Accounts team handling tax audits, by Tax Authorities.

He has led the teams, Preparing the Business Plans and participate in approval in setting up targets. Implementation of SAP Business One, MS-Project, SharePoint One Note. Preparing Import Costing and Project Profitability. Evaluating various new projects to be undertaken by the Holding company and forwarding the suggestion to the management and participate in decision making. Participating and contributing in various negotiations for acquisition of future business, franchise, tie-ups and JV agreements for new source of income and strengthening the existing relationships.

He has been been member of the Board of Directors and various committees in many organisations in Tanzania and India and presenting the results and board papers in the board meeting as well as in various committee meetings. Have successfully done the consultancy for financial analysis & income generation activities and accountant’s training exercise for newly formed 5 executive agencies (viz. TEMESA, ASA, RITA, & TMS) in 2006 by Public Service Management Office of President’s Office on behalf of previous employer.
